Care: hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Do not use bleach. Air dry flat, away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over $42.00 (a flat $6.00 fee applies below that threshold). Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after processing, depending on your destination. For shipments outside the EU, a flat international rate applies, shown at checkout. All amounts are automatically converted and displayed in your currency.

As an EU customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, for any reason. Beyond that, within 30 days of delivery we also accept returns for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Contact us with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the issue.

How do I choose my size? Measure around your knee at mid-kneecap height (leg slightly bent). Our fit is stretchy and works for most body types; contact us if you're unsure before ordering.

Can I wear it during sport? Yes, it's designed for active use — running, weight training, hiking, cycling — as well as everyday wear.

How many hours a day can I wear it? It can be worn all day. Remove it at night or if you feel discomfort, tingling, or swelling, and see a healthcare professional if pain persists.

Do I need just one? Some people prefer support on both knees — that's why we offer the Pair pack at a reduced price.
