Refund policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order and return your item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to justify your decision. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Extended 30-Day Returns
Beyond the 14-day legal window, we also accept returns up to 30 days from delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Please contact us with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or verify the issue for extended-window claims), we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to display the refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
