Our braces, sleeves and wraps are one-size-fits-most. Stretch fabric and adjustable hook-and-loop straps let each product fit comfortably across a wide range of knee sizes — no size chart needed.
What are Kneova braces made from?
Our products use breathable, durable compression fabric with reinforced stitching and adjustable straps for a secure, comfortable fit during everyday activity, exercise, or recovery.
How long can I wear a knee brace?
Most people wear their brace during activity or as needed throughout the day. If you have a specific medical condition, please follow your healthcare provider's guidance on wear time.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and air dry. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the compression fabric and stitching.
Is this a medical device?
No. Kneova products provide general compression support and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. Consult your doctor if you have a pre-existing injury or condition.
What's your return policy?
As an EU customer, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from delivery, for any reason. Beyond that, we accept returns up to 30 days from delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Because we work with trusted logistics partners to keep quality high and prices fair, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your location.
