Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after processing, depending on your destination. For shipments outside the EU, a flat international rate applies, shown at checkout. As an EU customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, for any reason. Beyond that, within 30 days of delivery we also accept returns for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
